High Line Essential Info.

The High Line runs from Gansevoort to 34th Street, a distance of around a mile-and-a-half. To stay updated, sign up for Friends of the High Line’s newsletter. For more information visit the official website at TheHighLine.org.

THE PARK IS OPEN:

December 1 – March 31: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
April 1 – May 31: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
June 1 – September 30: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
October 1 to November 30: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

The Interim Walkway at High Line at the Rail Yards is open from 7:00 AM until dusk, or thereabouts

On certain parade days and holidays — July 4, Gay Pride, Halloween — where there are large numbers of people in the West Village and West Chelsea, the park closes early. Check the Friends of the High Line Twitter feed for constantly updated info.: @highlinenyc
